 Cand, la inceputul lunii octombrie, My Fancy Cake care e gazda din aceasta luna a proiectului “Dulce Romanie”  a propus ca tema Cupcakes, eu am fost cea mai fericita. Imi plac ENORM aceste micute prajiturele.
Si, cum trebuia ca reteta sa fie una speciala, m-am gandit sa contopesc doua, care mie imi plac foarte mult. Ceea ce urmeaza sunt Tiramisu Cupcakes, special pregatite pentru Provocarea lunii octombrie “Dulce Romanie”.

Tiramisu Cupcakes

Ingrediente:

Pentru 14 cupcakes

  • 300 g faina
  • 1 lingurita praf de copt
  • 60 g unt
  • 3oua intregi
  • 3 galbenusuri
  • 225 g zahar tos
  • un praf de sare
  • 1 baton de vanilie
  • 50 ml lapte

Pentru sirop

  • 200 ml cafea foarte tare
  • 50 g zahar
  • 50 ml coniac (optional)

Pentru crema

  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 100- 150 g zahar pudra
  • 100 g frisca
  • cacao pentru ornat

Mod de preparare:

  • Amesteca faina, sarea si praful de copt.
  • Taie vanilia in doua, pe lungime si cu un cutit razuie semintele. Pune atat semintele cat si pastaia in lapte si incalzeste-le pana aproape de fierbere. Pune untul inauntru si amesteca bine. Lasa la racit. Scoate pastaia de vanilie.
  • Amesteca ouale, galbenusurile si zaharul intr-un castron. Pune castronul deasupra unei craticioare cu apa care fierbe si bate incontinuu cu telul, pana ce zaharul se topeste (cam 5 minute).
  • Ia castronul de pe sursa de caldura si bate bine cu mixerul, pana ce amestecul se raceste si capata o culoare alburie.
  • Incet, adauga in doua transe amestecul de faina.
  • Pune cateva linguri din coca in amestecul cu unt si ameteca bine. Toarna in coca si amesteca repede cu mixerul. 
  • Folosind o cupa de inghetata umple hartiile de cupcakes 3/4, nu mai mult.
  • Coace 20 de minute. Raceste-le pe un gratar metalic.
  • Amesteca cafeaua calduta cu zaharul si coniacul. Stropeste fiecare cupcake cu acest amestec, de mai multe ori, ca sa fie bine absorbit. Lasa sa se usuce.
  • Amesteca mascarpone cu zaharul pudra, bine de tot. Adauga frisca. Orneaza fiecare cupcake cu un mot de crema.
  • Presara din abundenta cu cacao. Pastreaza tiramisu cupcakes la frigider.

Later edit : ca sa fie insiropate mai bine, scoteti-le din hartie si bagati-le cu totul (pntru 2 secunde) in siropul de cafea. Nu le lasati mai mult pentru ca absorb foarte repede lichidul.

This creation 😀 is baked specially for October’s “Sweet Romania”, who’s host is My Fancy Cake.
 
 
Ingredients:
 
For 14 cupcakes
  •     300 g flour
  •     1 teaspoon baking powder
  •     60 g butter
  •     3 whole eggs
  •     3 yolks
  •     225 g granulated sugar
  •     a pinch of salt
  •     1 vanilla bean
  •     50 ml milk

For the syrup
  •     200 ml  very strong coffee
  •     50 g sugar
  •     50 ml brandy (optional)

For cream
  •     200 g mascarpone
  •     100-150 g powdered sugar
  •     100 g cream
  •     cocoa for garnish

Preparation:
  •     Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
  •     Cut vanilla bean in half lengthwise with a knife and remove the seeds. Put both seeds and pod into milk and heat almost to boiling. Put butter and mix well. Allow to cool. Remove the vanilla pod.
  •     Mix eggs, yolks and sugar in a bowl. Place the bowl over  boiling water and whisk constantly until the sugar melts (about 5 minutes).
  •     Take the bowl from heat and beat well with mixer until the mixture cools and turns a whitish color.
  •     Slowly add flour mixture in two batches.
  •     Put a few tablespoons of dough in butter and mix well. Pour it in the dough and mix quickly.
  •     Using a ice cream cup fill cupcakes papers 3 / 4, not more.
  •     Bake 20 minutes. Cool them on a metal grill.
  •     Mix warm coffee with sugar and brandy. Sprinkle each cupcake with this mixture several times, to be well absorbed. Leave to dry.
  •     Mix mascarpone with powdered sugar. Add whipped cream. Garnish each cupcake with a cream.
  •     Sprinkle with plenty of cocoa. Keep the tiramisu cupcakes in fridge.

    draga mea, tot rasfoiam colectia ta de retete delicioase si asa m-am bucurat cand am intalnit aceste tiramisu cupcakes! aceeasi Marie, dar cu alta palarie am facut si eu :))

    This is a such a classic flavor to put into a cupcake. Not all of us can have a big cake around since our family is small, but these cupcakes are perfect. Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe. Your picture is stunning. Well done.

    I absolutely love these! Making a tiramisu cupcake is the answer to my portion control dilemma. I have no control when it comes to tiramisu!

    super! eja ma gandisem sa incropesc o reteta cu mascarpone, sa vad cum imi iese. dar astea ale tale deja imi fac cu ochiul :))
    problema mea, (alta, ca doar eu tot timpul am cite o problema) este ca nu mai am un ornator din ala sa pot monta creme, frisca si alte cele pe deasupra…:( dar imi voi lua canbd ajung la Buc. :))
